"Hoarding: Buried Alive," Makes Me a Better Person..

There are not many shows on television that really turn my stomach these days. However, one show in particular really "irks" me down to my core. It is called Hoarding: Buried Alive. This show is shocking in every way possible. The people featured hoard dirty diapers (their own), collectibles, books, Rubbermaid containers, clothing ... just anything under the sun. In my opinion, the most disturbing hoarding trend featured on this show is the hoarding of animals. I cannot even watch these animal hoarding episodes in fear that I will hunt down the said hoarder and do something highly illegal to their property or person.

The one thing these hoarders seem to have in common is the complete inability to clean. Which makes me come to the conclusion that this show should have been called Scum Bags: Wasting Air. Why? As far as I am concerned, hoarding involves the collection of objects that a person does not necessarily need. If you're going to fill your house with tons and tons of crap, you might as well keep it clean. Don't get me wrong, I  understand that hoarding is a real mental disorder that many people have to deal with. However, I cannot help but think most of these people are just plain lazy, or more accurately, a huge waste of the earth's natural resources ... And you thought Global Warming was bad?

For your viewing pleasure ...

Purchasing a new coffee pot because you don't feel like cleaning the one you have is a problem ...

Taking out the trash every day or two is not that hard. If you are having Hoarding problems, or just problems taking your trash out, please view the video below so that you to can start to become a productive member of society.

Dobby can take out the trash! Why can't you?

In the end, I believe Hoarding: Buried Alive makes me a better person. I find it very hard to not clean my house from head to toe after every episode. I also end up throwing out things I have not used in a while. God forbid if even a closet in my house looks anything like one of the homes on this show. Now, please excuse me, I have walls to clean ...

Maybe this will inspire you to release all the hot celebrity men that you've been hoarding in your basement. LOL!
All joking aside, those houses just turn my stomach ...

You know.. It did make me think about my man collection. But, I only have like 5 of them down their right now, and I make sure to hose it out every morning.. so the basement stays pretty clean..Unless there is a fight to the death.. A week later, I am still picking up peices of Keanu Reeves. He was a bad choice to begin with anyways..

I really dislike reality TV, but I think you're right on the money that these people are lazy. Yeah, yeah, some people have "disorders," but whatever. Isn't that what mass quantities of alcohol are for? I clean to the point of throwing away things I need because I don't like clutter.
