Taylor Lautner is "Out and Proud" ... or not ...

So, by now, I'm sure you've heard that this isn't real, right? Some Internet jokester just got lucky and pushed the envelope all the way to viral. We should be so fortunate ... 


Silly rabbits. Everyone should have known this was a fake. The five-year-old sidebar was a sure giveaway (If you'll notice, it contains a picture of Brad Pitt looking hot. We all know that hasn't happened for at LEAST two years now) ... but this cover has an even more revealing error. Every man, woman, and child in America knows that if a celebrity comes out to People magazine, the headline is never something like the "Out and Proud" one pictured above. It's always, ALWAYS: 

See?

Or, sometimes, they're even more succinct ... 

If the sham artist was going to plagiarize this cover, why not snag the most important part?

It's pretty funny that Russell Simmons fell for it, though. Hope there's no hard feelings, Russell. It was cool of you to laud young Mr. Lautner for his "bravery and courage." Hey, he still has those things. I say, anyone who's willing to doff his shirt for the teenage girls of the world to ogle (along with their mothers) has courage in spades. 
Also, I'd just like to point out that it doesn't matter one bit if he's gay or straight. Either way, he's still a good-looking, well-mannered kid, and his sexual preference shouldn't be any sort of issue. 
And, either way, you still have zero chance of sleeping with him. Just sayin' ...
